In order to continue our commitment towards assisting customers with discolored water concerns, LCWD is offering a rebate of up to $2,000 towards the purchase and installation of a whole house filter. The purpose of said filter would be to treat and address suspended particles of iron and manganese. This is being offered as an opportunity and means in which homeowners can improve water quality while the District continues to study long term operations and capital programs that can address the same. Funding for this program was passed by District voters at the Annual District meeting in April of 2019.
