On June 10, 2019 Commissioner Robert Almy, Chairman of the Lynnfield Center Water District Board of Water Commissioners announced that the Board voted to close the Warrant for a Special District Meeting. District Voters will meet on Monday June 24, 2019 at 7:00 PM in the H. Joseph Maney Meeting Room, second floor, Lynnfield Town Hall, 55 Summer Street. Five Fiscal Years 2019 and 2020 articles are to be considered for the transfer of existing funds, the tax levy appropriation of additional funds, to rescind and retire an existing December 2018 debt authorization, and to amend the existing District by-law number 5 section 5 Water Restriction Penalty.

Questions may be directed to the Clerk of the District through the office. When contacted for comment, Chairman Almy stated, “In the name of transparency, the Board wants to balance District expenditures between FY19 and FY20 in an open public meeting”.
