The Lynnfield Center Water District (LCWD) is looking for a part time Administrative Assistant. LCWD is a service driven administration in an extremely fast paced environment with numerous inquiries in various subject matters from constituents. This position requires an energetic, proactive professional and knowledgeable person to balance and prioritize situations in a calm and efficient manner. Must have exceptional customer service skills and be capable of working independently and be responsible for ensuring that responsibilities of the job are done efficiently and accurately. This position reports directly to the Office Manager; may confer daily with the Superintendent to obtain department goals, objectives, insight, and other administrative direction. The Administrative Assistant will offer continuous front-line customer service and provide and process information in response to inquiries, work orders, concerns, emergencies, and requests.
