The Lynnfield Center Water District is governed by a three-member Board of Water Commissioners and treasurer annually elected by district members. The Board regularly meets in open sessions on the second and fourth Monday of each month at 6:30 p.m. at the District Office located at 83 Phillips Road in Lynnfield. Meetings may be rescheduled due to Monday holidays or scheduling conflicts, and any changes are posted at least 48-hours in advance on the District’s Public Notice Board located at the entrance to the LCWD office.

Lynnfield Water Center District Bylaws
Candidates for Office:
Each candidate for election to any office of the District, excluding Moderator, shall be eligible for such election only if such candidate shall, no less than thirty (30) days prior to date of meeting of the District at which the election is to be held, first be nominated by the filing with the Clerk of the District a letter of intent designating his candidacy for the particular office to which he seeks election.
